Time & Place Selling ‘Silicon Valley Treehouse’ in Sydney’s Alexandria

Time & Place is accepting expressions of interest for the Bourke and Bowden office block, one of Sydney’s newest commercial developments and home to the WiseTech Global HQ.

A campaign led by McVay Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the 16,000sq m of net lettable area with a WALE of 5.5 years, for the asset at 25 Bourke Road, Alexandria, 5.4km south of the CBD.

Sam McVay said the building was on “a large strategic freehold landholding adjoining one of Australia’s most densely populated precincts and is anchored by one of Australia’s largest tech companies”.
